Electronics Manufacturing – Multiple Openings

Longmont, CO | Full-Time | Multiple Shifts

We’re hiring for multiple electronics manufacturing positions! Whether your background is in SMT production, soldering, quality inspection, or electronics testing, we may have a role for you.

SMT Operator

$18–$20/hr

  • Operate SMT equipment, including screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
  • Load feeders, verify components, and select machine programs.
  • Follow ESD, MSD, and quality procedures.
  • Requirements: 6–12 months of electronics or SMT experience preferred.

AOI Inspector – 2nd Shift

$20–$24/hr

  • Inspect circuit board assemblies using AOI equipment.
  • Identify and report defects.
  • Follow ESD and quality standards.
  • Requirements: AOI or electronics inspection experience preferred.

Quality Inspector I & II – 1st Shift

$20–$24/hr

  • Inspect circuit boards, incoming materials, and finished assemblies.
  • Identify defects and verify workmanship against quality standards.
  • Document results and coordinate rework.
  • Use measuring tools and follow ESD/MSD procedures.
  • Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; electronics manufacturing experience preferred. IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, or IPC-600 knowledge is a plus.

Solderer II – 1st Shift

$23–$26/hr

  • Solder electronic components and circuit board assemblies.
  • Work with fine-pitch and through-hole components.
  • Perform touch-up soldering and jumper-wire installations.
  • Follow ESD and quality procedures.
  • Requirements: 2–4 years of electronic soldering experience.

Electronics Test Technician

$23–$30/hr

  • Test circuit boards using functional and boundary-scan testing.
  • Troubleshoot circuits down to the component level.
  • Read schematics and identify faulty components.
  • Operate test equipment, including oscilloscopes and network/spectrum analyzers.
  • Document test results and support equipment maintenance and process improvements.
  • Requirements: Hands-on RF experience required, plus component-level troubleshooting skills. Associate degree in Electronic Technology or equivalent experience. Two or more years of related experience, or relevant vocational/technical training. HP 3070, GenRad, amplifier, and attenuator experience preferred.
