Travel RN PCU

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) | PCU Float Pool | Days & Nights NEEDED

Must reside outside of San Diego, Temecula, Murrietta area

Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts per week, 36 hours weekly

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Your primary residence must be MORE THAN 50 MILES from the facility to qualify for this assignment.

360X Staffing is seeking experienced Travel Registered Nurses for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) float pool. Bring your clinical skills to a team providing safe, individualized care while supporting patients with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and adjust interventions based on patient responses.
• Monitor patient progress and document care and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families and support their participation in care decisions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and promote quality outcomes.
• Delegate appropriately based on team members’ scope of practice and competency.
• Recognize high-risk clinical situations and seek additional support when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license.
• At least 3 years of recent RN experience.
• At least 2 years of recent specialty experience.
• ADN or BSN.
• Current CPR, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
• Flexibility to float to PCU units, units one level of care lower, or another facility as needed.
• Primary residence more than 50 miles from the facility.
