Caregiver Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need a hands-on care provider for my adult child in their 20s. I prefer someone who is familiar with the communication method of "spell to communicate" or is willing to learn. My daughter is non speaking but has a lot to say if utilizing this method. Additional responsibilities will be helping with bathing, handling meal preparation, and running errands with her as needed. We are working to support her so she can become as independent as possible.
