Nanny Needed

I have an infant that is 3 months old and an almost 3-year-old. Someone who will prioritize playing and developing my 3 or old while caring for my infant and developing them as well. My 3 or old loves to be active, loves music, coloring. Etc. We limit television. My 3-month-old is very easy going! My parents are our main babysitters, but we are needing someone who will be available when they are off traveling or have prior obligations. I usually know the dates more than a month in advance. My husband currently works overnight, and sleeps until about 3 p.m.
