Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 child in Houston. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who is CPR certified. The hours would be anywhere from 3PM-6 p.m. OR 3PM-9 p.m. 3 days out the week depending on my work schedule. A fixed rate would also work. Shes pretty independent and would maybe want to play. Very well behaved.
