What Makes This Position Unique?

• Guaranteed baseline shifts each pay period
• Opportunity to earn additional hours through flex shifts
• One to two flex shifts scheduled above regular staffing levels

Responsibilities

· Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

· Provide companionship and emotional support

· Respond promptly to resident needs

· Assist with dining services, activities, and housekeeping as needed

· Observe and report changes in resident condition

· Work collaboratively with nursing staff and team members

· Help provide staffing support during periods of increased resident care needs

· Flex Position Expectations

· Scheduled for a minimum number of guaranteed shifts per pay period

· May be assigned up to two additional flex shifts per pay period based on community needs

· Flex shifts typically begin one hour after the standard shift start time

· Must be willing to work day, evening, or overnight shifts as scheduled

· May assist with staffing coverage across various units or neighborhoods within the community
