As a Lease Operator  operations, monitoring and maintaining equipment to optimize production. Your expertise will help identify issues early and keep the operation running safely and efficiently. Collaborate closely with supervisors and leads, and use advanced systems to gather and record production data

MUST LIVE WITHIN 60 MILES OF FOWLERTON, TX

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production equipment, proactively identifying issues and discrepancies
• Troubleshoot production problems to minimize downtime
• Interact effectively with supervisors and team members to support operational goals
• Gather and record production data accurately using specialized software like eVIN
• Utilize Cygnet/SCADA systems to monitor equipment status and spot leaks
• Follow and maintain operating procedures to ensure safety and compliance

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of oilfield experience
• Knowledge of production equipment and systems
• Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
• High School diploma or equivalent

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Cygnet/SCADA systems and eVIN software

This position offers a competitive pay range of $30 to $32 per hour, with opportunities to grow and develop your skills within a supportive team environment.
