Sr. Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a collaborative team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where you will help shape and enhance a high-impact, customer-facing enterprise platform. Responsibilities:
• Drive the design, development, and ongoing support of new features for a prominent enterprise application while partnering closely with Agile team members.
• Build and refine automated test coverage, and perform hands-on validation activities such as acceptance and regression testing to maintain dependable releases.
• Review peer code submissions, offer thoughtful technical guidance, and help uphold strong engineering practices across the team.
• Assess incoming work, define technical tasks, and provide realistic effort estimates to support planning for roadmap priorities and client needs.
• Identify process, architecture, and tooling enhancements that improve team productivity, software quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Investigate system behavior across different environments and implement performance improvements that strengthen stability and user experience.
• Collaborate across web, iOS, Android, and backend dependencies to keep releases coordinated and the broader platform operating smoothly.
• Communicate with stakeholders and clients to clarify requirements, align technical solutions with business goals, and provide consulting-oriented support.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including a background leading or guiding development efforts in Agile teams.

• Strong full-stack development experience spanning user interfaces, backend services, and database-driven applications within enterprise environments.

• Proficiency with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and React.js, with the ability to work across multiple languages and frameworks as needed.

• Interest in emerging AI engineering practices and a willingness to explore innovative approaches that advance product and team capabilities.

• Hands-on experience with automated testing, continuous integration and delivery practices, and modern deployment workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate technical options, solve complex problems, and balance implementation effort with business value.

• Strong communication skills with experience collaborating directly with clients, partners, and cross-functional team members.
