Job Title:  Customer Care Representative

Type of Role: Direct Hire

 

Schedule & Training

Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET
Training: 35 classroom days + 8 days of nesting

 

Pay

• Training: $15/hour
• After Training / Production: $16/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist with billing, payments, outages, and service requests.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
• Navigate multiple systems and document customer interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED.
• 1+ year of call center/customer service experience.
• 1+ year of work-from-home experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
• Must pass background and credit checks.
• Must reside in an approved U.S. state.

Work-from-Home Requirements

• Dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
• Hard-wired internet connection; wireless, satellite, and hotspots are not permitted.
• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
• Smart device required.
