Position Overview

The Concierge will serve as a primary point of contact for residents and guests, providing a professional first impression, answering questions, and helping maintain a pleasant and inviting clubhouse atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
• Serve as the primary point of contact at the clubhouse front desk.
• Answer questions, provide general information, and assist residents with requests.
• Deliver a high level of personalized, attentive service consistent with a luxury hospitality environment.
• Prepare and set up coffee and other designated refreshments at the front area.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception space.
• Provide general front desk assistance and respond to resident needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Use basic computer applications to support daily front desk responsibilities.
• Collaborate with clubhouse staff to help ensure a positive experience for residents and visitors.

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, polished, and presentable appearance.
• Strong customer service instincts and a welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to provide attentive, high-quality service and anticipate customer needs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dependability, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude.
