Our client, a growing, experienced law firm, has an immediate need for an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney – Labor & Employment, to join their winning team in Tinton Falls.

About the Role

\n

\n

\n

Our candidate of choice will bring proven experience and the ability to handle cases from their inception and work independently. You must have superior writing skills and strong research skills and experience in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, discovery, motion practice and court appearances.

\n

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n

\n

\n
• Communicate directly with clients to provide day to day counseling regarding labor/employment related issues
\n
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
\n
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
\n
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n

\n

\n
• Proven experience in labor/employment and/or commercial litigation
\n
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
\n
• Admission to the NJ state bar association is required; NY and PA are a plus.
