💰 Compensation: $101,400/year + Benefits

🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM

\n

\n

We’re seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to support residential programs and a Day Program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), including medically frail individuals.

\n

\n

What You’ll Do:

\n

\n
• Assist the Director of Nursing with supervision of RN Case Managers and clinical/program staff
\n
• Provide clinical oversight across residential programs and the Day Program
\n
• Review nursing documentation, including PONS, nursing assignments, and clinical notes
\n
• Coordinate primary and specialty medical care and ensure appropriate follow-up
\n
• Collaborate with RN Case Managers, residential management, day programs, hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers
\n
• Conduct nursing staff orientation, training, and performance evaluations
\n
• Develop and deliver training related to AMAP, infection control, emergency preparedness, and nursing procedures
\n
• Support care coordination for individuals with complex and medically fragile needs
\n
• Help ensure continuity and quality of nursing services across programs
\n
• Participate in the rotating 24-hour nursing supervisory on-call schedule
\n
• Assist with nursing policies, procedures, committees, and agency-wide clinical initiatives
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Active NYS RN license required
\n
• BSN required
\n
• 5+ years of nursing experience required
\n
• Supervisory and/or IDD experience strongly preferred
\n
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, organization, and leadership skills
\n
• Experience with staff supervision, training, and clinical oversight
\n
• Comfortable coordinating care across multiple community-based settings
\n
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and participate in the on-call rotation
\n
• Strong documentation and computer/EMR skills
\n
