Why this job – CLINIC MANAGER:
\nJoin this premier private healthcare practice as their Clinic Manager overseeing 4 key northern clinic locations (Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, and Broomfield). In this highly autonomous role, you will act as operational lead across your locations—overseeing daily clinic functions, mentoring administrative and clinical staff, and optimizing clinic workflows. This position is tailored for an experienced multi-site healthcare leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing compassionate staff mentorship with firm accountability. \nWhat You'll Actually Do:

- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, and workflow efficiency across 4 clinic locations. \n
- Lead, mentor, and hold clinic staff accountable through regular 1-on-1s, team huddles, performance monitoring, and active coaching. \n
- Audit operational performance metrics, including phone response quality, EMR task follow-through, HIPAA compliance, and front-desk collections. \n
- Track and optimize clinic KPIs, schedule utilization, and procedure booking to maximize clinic efficiency and performance. \n
- Collaborate with physicians, PAs, department heads, and executive leadership to implement SOPs, resolve operational challenges, and lead key process improvement initiatives. \n
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

- Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. \n
- 5+ years of healthcare management experience, specifically including multi-site medical practice leadership. \n
- Proven experience supervising teams with a balanced, high-energy, and nurturing leadership style. \n
- Strong EMR experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. \n
- Exceptional organizational skills, strategic high-level thinking, and the ability to travel between regional sites to manage competing priorities. \n
Where and How Much:

- Target Compensation: $85K - $110K salary + bonuses. \n
- Rotate between 4 offices in Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, Broomfield. \n
- Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) with 3% employer contribution. \n
