Location: Colorado City, Texas | Data Center Construction Site


Georgia Cleaning Pros / GCP Labor & Materials Solutions is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to support workplace safety on an active data center construction project.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and identify and address safety hazards.
  
  
• Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and employee training.
  
  
• Monitor compliance with OSHA standards and project safety requirements.
  
  
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
  
  
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
  
  
• Coordinate with supervisors and contractors to promote safe work practices.
  
  

Qualifications and Credentials:

• Previous construction site safety experience; data center experience required.
  
  
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training required.

• OSHA 510
  
  
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification required.
  
  
• Knowledge of fall protection, electrical safety, lockout/tagout, PPE, and hazard communication.
  
  
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  
  
• Ability to work outdoors and navigate an active construction site.
  
  
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
  
  
• Additional credentials such as CHST or STSC are a plus.
  
  

Schedule: Full-time; must be available to work the project schedule.
