This opportunity is designed for certified surgical technologists with operating room experience and one to two years of cardiovascular operating room experience. Three positions are available on a full-time daytime schedule with rotating weekends. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner. Role Overview Anticipated responsibilities include:

• Prepare the cardiovascular operating room, instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
• Establish and maintain the sterile field.
• Anticipate surgical team needs and provide instruments and supplies during procedures.
• Participate in surgical counts and other safety checks according to facility protocols.
• Support proper handling of surgical specimens and equipment.
• Collaborate with surgeons, circulating nurses, anesthesia providers, and other surgical team members.
• Assist with room turnover and readiness for subsequent cases.

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Operating room experience.
• One to two years of CVOR experience, as stated in the requisition.
• Current surgical technology certification, with Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) listed.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS.
