Help residents regain skills that make a difference in their day. Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist at Autumn Lake at Ocean View to provide individualized evaluations and treatment in a skilled nursing rehabilitation setting.

What You'll Do

• Examine how physical abilities, cognition, and activity tolerance affect residents' daily living performance.

• Establish functional goals and plans of care that reflect resident preferences and discharge needs.

• Deliver therapy for personal care tasks, upper-extremity function, and transfers used during everyday routines.

• Recommend adaptive equipment and train residents and caregivers in safe, effective techniques.

• Review progress, modify treatment plans, and provide supervision to COTAs.

• Complete thorough documentation and coordinate care strategies with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues.

What We Offer

• $55–$58 per hour.

• PRN assignments based on your availability and department coverage needs.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license.

• Strong clinical reasoning and individualized treatment planning.

• Clear communication and timely documentation.

• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus; new graduates are welcome to apply.
