Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist at Autumn Lake at Memorial Bridge. Help skilled nursing residents approach daily tasks with greater confidence through individualized rehabilitation that combines skill development, adaptive strategies, and caregiver education.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate self-care abilities, upper-extremity function, cognition, and endurance to identify barriers to daily activity.

• Build treatment plans around residents' functional needs, personal goals, and expected discharge environment.

• Provide interventions for dressing, bathing, toileting, and transfers associated with daily routines.

• Assess adaptive equipment needs and teach practical techniques for safer task performance.

• Direct COTA services, review resident progress, and revise plans of care when appropriate.

• Document evaluations and treatment, communicating recommendations to families, nursing, and rehabilitation colleagues.

What We Offer

• $55–$58 per hour.

• PRN coverage coordinated with your availability and the department's staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license.

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.

• Clear communication and accurate, timely documentation.

• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience is a plus; new graduates are welcome to apply.
