Aerotek is hiring Aerospace Production Associates to support the manufacturing of interior and exterior aircraft components in a clean, safety-focused production environment.

Available Shifts

• Weekday AM: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Tues-Thurs + every other Monday)
• Weekday PM: 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Tues-Thurs + every other Monday)
• Weekend AM: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Fri-Sun + every other Monday)
• Weekend PM: 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Fri-Sun + every other Monday)

Job Duties

• Prepare and kit materials for production
• Lay up and press aircraft panels
• Operate manufacturing equipment, including presses, saws, and CNC machines
• Perform assembly and finishing work
• Complete production paperwork and quality inspections
• Use hand tools, power tools, and forklifts as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Support continuous improvement and cross-training opportunities

Qualifications

Manufacturing or production experience preferred

Experience with hand and power tools

Machine operating experience is a plus

Forklift experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Stable work history and good tenure preferred

This is a Contract position based out of Newport, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25/hr.
