Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We're seeking a warm, reliable caregiver for our infant daughter (born Aug 2026), 4 days a week in Oberlin, starting Jan 2027 (open to Dec). Exact days of the week are TBD pending our son's daycare schedule (will know in coming weeks). One day will also include our 4-year-old son, with pay adjusted for two kids. Duties include bottle feeding, diapering, naps, and play. We encourage outings: stroller walks, the bike path near our house, the library, music classes, and more. My husband works from home in a separate office. We have a cat. Ideal candidate has infant care experience, current CPR/first aid, up-to-date vaccinations (incl. flu/Tdap). Hoping for a long-term fit!
