Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a part time babysitter to help watch our 10-month-old son who is developmentally delayed (mobility) while we work. Either myself or my husband will be at home on the days we need help. We just need someone to watch him, keep him entertained, engaged, and help do some PT (which will we demonstrate). Currently we are only looking for a part-time babysitter. We do have a 3-year-old daughter as well, but she will remain in Preschool. We also a medium sized mixed dog at home, so we need someone comfortable with dogs.
