Looking For An ADHD Friendly Monthly Cleaner For An Young Adult Home

I have ADHD and struggle with upkeeping tasks and getting rid of items that mean something to me. I didnt have chores growing up, so Ive been drowning in tasks with little guidance or routine. I wanted to start having a monthly cleaner who can give my house some sort of reset to keep things from becoming regularly unmanageable. The first time or two would likely be more intensive, but after that I just need standard help getting the house reset for the next month!
