Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Senior Living In Brentwood. - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a dependable detail oriented house cleaner for a 1, 500 square-foot townhome. We need someone who listens carefully to instructions and does quality cleaning. Main needs include mopping floors, cleaning bathroom bathrooms, including the tub changing bedsheets and occasional help organizing small home projects, such as kitchen pans or bathroom items. We expect about 3 to 4 hours per month, some visits possibly focusing on a specific project. My maximum budget is $20 per hour. Please tell me what cleaning task you could comfortably complete within that rate and time.
