Hospital Lab Director

We are partnering with a well-established acute care hospital in Northern California to identify a Director of Clinical Laboratory. This is a permanent, full-time leadership role with relocation to the area.

THE ROLEThe Director leads a 50-person laboratory with full oversight of operations, quality, compliance, budget and staff. This is a hands-on leadership role in a well-functioning department, not a turnaround. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lab Manager ready to step into a Director role.

QUALIFICATIONS• Current California CLS license• Hospital laboratory leadership experience
