About Driving Integrity

We're building a dependable, team-focused delivery crew with opportunities to grow. Our FedEx terminal is at 3605 Hesper Rd, Billings, MT 59102.

Pay & Benefits

• $190–$205/day, paid weekly

• $185/day training pay

• Overtime opportunities

• 401(k) match after 1 year

• Health insurance (50% employer-paid), dental and vision after 60 days

Schedule

• Full-time routes starting at 7 AM until deliveries are complete

• Approximately 80 stops/day

• Routes in Billings, Laurel, Roundup and Red Lodge

What You'll Do

• Inspect your vehicle and safely deliver packages

• Lift and move packages up to 150 lbs

• Use GPS, scan packages and serve customers

What You'll Need

• Age 21+, valid driver's license and clean MVR

• Willingness to submit to employer-paid background check, drug test and DOT physical

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather

• Delivery, courier or manual labor experience preferred
