Provide dementia care, behavioral support, reassurance, and redirection when needed.
Support residents with mental health conditions and developmental disabilities using person-centered approaches.
Implement individualized care plans, behavioral support strategies, and safety interventions.
Prepare meals and assist residents with feeding as appropriate.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
Complete daily care documentation and promptly report changes in residents' conditions.
Respond promptly to call lights and residents' needs.
Encourage residents' independence, participation in activities, and community engagement.
Maintain professional communication with residents, families, coworkers, and healthcare professionals
