Position Overview

A live‐in caregiver couple (2) provides daily resident care, supervision, and household support in a licensed Residential Care Facility in Manteca, CA for the Elderly (RCFE) facility with 6 beds. Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Resident Care — Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene.

•⁠ ⁠Medication Support — Provide medication reminders and assist per RCFE regulations.

•⁠ ⁠Meal Preparation — Prepare and serve meals following dietary needs and facility menus.

•⁠ ⁠Household Duties — Light housekeeping, laundry, cleaning common areas, and maintaining resident rooms.

•⁠ ⁠Resident Supervision — Monitor resident safety, respond to needs promptly, and report changes in condition.

•⁠ ⁠Documentation — Maintain daily care notes, incident logs, and communication records.

•⁠ ⁠Emergency Response — Follow facility protocols for medical or safety emergencies.

•⁠ ⁠Facility Support — Assist with admissions, resident activities, and general home operations.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Experience with elderly care (preferred in RCFE or assisted living)

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work collaboratively as a couple

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and reliability

•⁠ ⁠Must pass background check, TB test, and meet RCFE training requirements
