We are seeking a Vendor Payment Support Specialist for a short-term project supporting the Accounts Payable team during a vendor payment system transition.

This is primarily a customer service-focused role with an Accounts Payable background. The selected candidate will be answering vendor questions, researching payment status, and assisting vendors with the transition to a new electronic payment platform. This position does not process invoices or approve payments.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to vendor calls and emails regarding payment status and payment-related questions
• Research payment information using SAP and other systems
• Assist vendors with registration and enrollment in an electronic payment platform
• Document inquiries and follow up on outstanding issues
• Escalate payment concerns to the appropriate internal teams when needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, vendor support, or payment operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to research and troubleshoot payment inquiries
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• SAP experience preferred
