About the Role:
Prime Clinical Research Inc is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our growing team in Mansfield, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advancing medical research and making a real difference in patients' lives. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day clinical trial operations in compliance with FDA regulations and GCP guidelines
- Screen, enroll, and monitor study participants throughout the duration of clinical trials
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate study data and source documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for study sponsors, IRBs, and clinical monitors
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including IRB submissions and protocol amendments
- Administer study procedures, collect biological samples, and perform assessments per protocol
- Ensure participant safety and informed consent compliance throughout all study phases
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a health science, biology, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in clinical research coordination or a clinical setting strongly preferred
- Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and IRB submission processes
- ACRP or SOCRA certification (CCRC, CCRP) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
