About the Role:
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is opening their brand new location in the Charleston are and is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our growing team in Charleston, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact at a company that's passionate about delivering premium shower solutions to customers who deserve the best. Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align on promotions and product offerings
Requirements:
- Proven sales management or team leadership experience
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas as a leader
- Experience in home improvement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills as well as team development skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
- Strong passion for developing people and leading teams to performance and impacting lives!
