What You'll Do

• Deliver Stellar Service: Greet every visitor with genuine warmth, offering expert pairings, charcuterie guidance, and an unforgettable shopping experience.
• Drive Sales: Tap into your natural motivation to hit daily goals, promote our award-winning wine selections, and build enthusiastic customer loyalty.
• Maintain the Floor: Keep our boutique looking immaculate, visually inspiring, and fully stocked with artisanal cheeses, specialty goods, and curated bottles.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Share our story and connect deeply with both local regulars and visitors exploring our town's vibrant culinary scene.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of solid retail experience.
• Availability: (Rotating weekends required, some evenings until 8:00 PM, some weekdays)
• High Energy & Positivity: You bring an upbeat, vibrant presence to the room and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Self-Motivated: You don't wait to be told what to do—you spot a task, take initiative, and love chasing goals.
• Passion for Gourmet & Wine: An appreciation for fine wine, artisan cheese, or specialty retail is a huge plus!
• People Person: Exceptional communication skills and a natural talent for making conversation and building rapport with anyone.
