We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician II to provide reliable technical support for corporate office staff in a primarily office-based environment. Reporting to an IT Manager, this role will support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments alongside macOS and Apple devices, resolving incidents and maintaining effective day-to-day technology operations. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical incidents for corporate office staff.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues across Windows, macOS, and Apple devices.
- Provide software support for Windows, Microsoft 365, macOS, and related applications.
- Deploy and configure user devices.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Manage support tickets, documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- Escalate issues appropriately and report through the IT Manager.
