At The Wash, we're looking for dependable, service-minded team members who take pride in great work and creating a positive experience for every customer.

We operate a fully attended laundromat with a busy Wash-Dry-Fold service. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY – PAID TRAINING PROVIDED!

We believe attitude, energy, and effort matter more than previous experience.

What You'll Do

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry.
• Keep the laundromat clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist customers with machines, payments, and questions.
• Troubleshoot everyday issues and find solutions.
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Work as a team to maintain quality and productivity.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry laundry bags or baskets weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a physically active environment.
• Ability to maintain productivity and attention to detail during busy periods.

Compensation

• Starting pay of $12.00 per hour.
