*Serves as the first welcoming face and point of contact for clients and patients.

*Answer and manage a multi-line phone system professionally and efficiently.

*Accurately schedule appointments and surgical procedures.

*Process payments an assist with billing-related questions.

*Check patients in and out for appointments.

*Maintain accurate and organized patient and client records.

*Triage emergency call and communicate urgent situations to the medical team.

*Provide compassionate, professional customer service while effectively multitasking in fast-paced environment.

Privately owned and located 10 miles east of Green Bay. Currently a 2-doctor practice and hoping to expand and continue to grow.
