Ophthalmic Technician

Job Description

• Six months to one year experience
• Ophthalmic and/or optometric patient work up skills in an eye care clinic
• Customer service skills
• Experience working with patients
• Computer skills
• Experience in all aspects of ophthalmology, COT or COA preferred.
• Electronic Medical Records
• Will assist doctor with patient preparation, eye exams, manual and auto refraction, Visual Fields, OCT, A-Scans and other related ophthalmic duties.

One to Two Full time positions to include: Our office on Eau Gallie Blvd in Melbourne and second office on Spyglass Hill Rd in Viera
Approximate hours M-Th 8:00 AM -6:00PM, Friday 8:00-1:00 PM

Salary can be adjusted depending on experience and qualifications.
