RN – Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes in the facility's electronic medical record system

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Maine or compact license eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry nursing
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to begin assignment on or around October 30, 2026

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) platforms commonly used in acute care environments
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
