Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

We are looking for a caring and reliable part-time nanny for a guaranteed 15 hours per week on M/W/F starting in December for 6-month-old twins. I work from home, but need someone to play with the girls and feed/change them while I am working. Would love someone who is willing to do light housework like washing bottles and folding baby laundry. Hoping for a non-smoker with reliable transportation - bonus if you have prior experience with twins! Ideally this person will stay with our family long-term as our girls grow older.
