Babysitter Needed

Our children are twin girls, theyre be 3 months old and my husband will be in the Navy so ill need all the help I can get from caring for the girls to caring for the house. Ill have to be back at work part time around when they turn 3 months old so ill need care from Wednesday-Saturdays. I want them to be sleep trained and potty trained young. We want them to be bi-tie language (English, Spanish and Vietnamese). The ideal day would be playing, feeding, educating them and make sure they spend time outside. We want to raise them with little to no screen time at all.
