Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

I have a sweet but stubborn 17-year-old. She does online school and is supposed to be in charge of the house chores however she refuses to follow any rules unless someone is present. I’m needing someone to take over the housework mainly while just being a pair of eyes on her to make sure she’s doing what she’s supposed to. She is not mean or aggressive in any manner just disobedient and pretty sneaky. Cleaning would be just keeping up with the house like laundry and dishes, vacuuming and dusting when needed. I work two jobs and my husband works, we have 6 kids total so we don’t have time to keep up. Looking for someone to hopefully become a permanent part of our tribe
