Babysitter

I am a crna and my sons father is a firefighter. I need help getting to work in the mornings when his dad is on shift. I would need early morning help 5:30-6 a.m. start until his father is off shift and able to pick him up. I could also use someone to let my dogs out and help for a few hours in the mornings or afternoons just to get some errands done. Hours fluctuate with our shifts, so no set days. It would be on an as needed basis at first but open to incorporating a nanny into our lives for dog walking and housekeeping as well.
