About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused Floating Teller to provide exceptional service to members while assisting with a variety of banking transactions, account services, and lending product inquiries. This position requires flexibility to support multiple branch locations and offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with banking, financial services, or customer service experience.

As a Floating Teller, you will serve as a trusted resource for members by helping them understand and access a full range of financial products and services while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an outstanding member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with checking, savings, IRA, certificate, trust, and estate account services
• Process teller transactions and handle cash and negotiable instruments accurately
• Analyze, research, and resolve member account and loan discrepancies
• Assist members with consumer loans, mortgage loans, home equity products, overdraft protection, and credit card applications
• Educate current and prospective members on available financial products and services
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products based on member needs
• Perform platform banking functions while maintaining regulatory compliance
• Support and provide guidance to entry-level team members
• Assist with vault opening, closing, and balancing procedures as needed
• Serve as a branch and/or ATM vault custodian when assigned
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Experience in banking, financial services, cash handling, or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Data entry and computer proficiency
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.42 - $21.42/hr.
