Nanny Needed For My Children

I work rotating nightshifts, 6pm-6am, every other weekend. Currently going thru a divorce and their father is becoming unreliable. I might continue allowing him to stay with them on some weekend nights, but would like more structure during the school week. I get home around 6:30 a.m. and can take over from there. The main child needing care is my 6-year-old daughter. I also have 11 and 14-year-old sons. They are self sufficient, but cannot be alone overnight. Would sometimes require taking kids to practices that are close by. I have 2 friendly dogs and very helpful neighbors. My kids have never had a sitter before, so this will be a new but welcome experience. Thanks for reading.
