House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

Just moved in and the townhouse needs a deep clean. Main floor contains kitchen, powder bath, main living area. Stairs to the second level where there are 2 bedrooms (closets need to be cleaned also) and bathroom. Third bonus floor which is much smaller. My fianc is currently at the home. He does go to the office 8am-6 p.m. during the week days. We will be fully moved in October 31st and would love to have it fully deep cleaned beforehand.
