Tax Director (Partner Path)

We are a small 20-person CPA firm headquartered in Austin. We are a full-service firm offering audit, accounting, tax, and business advisory services to individuals, private businesses, and non-profit organizations. 

We are looking for a Tax Director who is interested in a path to partner. This person should have experience working with a wide range of business and individual clients. However, this position in particular will have a focus in personal tax returns. HNWI, Trust, Estate etc. Most of our clients are in the $10M-$50M revenue range with some getting up to $200M, but we also have some with smaller s-corps under $1M.  

What you Need

• 10+ Years in Public Accounting
• Active CPA 
• Expertise in Individual Tax 
• HNWIs, Partnerships, s-corps, trust & estate, some c-corps
• Experience with financial services clients is a huge plus
• Clients generating ($5 million - $200 million in annual revenue)
• Experience Training, Mentoring, and Supervising Multi-Person Teams
