Warehouse Distribution Manager

Our client, based in Northern Bergen County, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Manager to lead daily warehouse and distribution operations, overseeing a team of 3 direct reports and approximately 90 indirect reports. This individual will be responsible for inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping operations, reporting, backlog management, and overall distribution efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent systems skills who can drive operational performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop distribution, warehouse, and fulfillment teams.
• Oversee pick, pack, shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations.
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of inventory and shipment data.
• Monitor inventory levels, backorders, and order backlogs, driving timely resolution of issues.
• Generate and analyze reports related to inventory, shipments, exports, and operational performance.
• Coordinate domestic and export shipments and ensure compliance with shipping requirements.
• Track KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with customer service, sales, and operations teams to support customer needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• 5+ years of distribution, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management experience.
• Experience leading large teams in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Strong inventory management, shipping, fulfillment, and order management experience.
• Proven ability to manage backorders, order backlogs, and operational reporting.
• Strong systems and analytical skills; experience working with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
• NetSuite experience is a significant plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, or import/export environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
