Occupational Therapist School Setting in East Millinocket, ME

What You'll Bring:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Maine
• Prior experience in school-based, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy OT roles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with students, families, and educators
• Adaptability to manage a varied caseload and tailor interventions to individual needs
• Passion for empowering students to achieve their highest potential

Responsibilities:

• Serve approximately 50 students, delivering effective and creative OT interventions aligned with their unique goals
• Work part-time, 2-3 days per week, averaging around 20 hours weekly
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for students with a wide range of needs
• Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, providing training and guidance related to student care
• Document progress and maintain compliance with relevant school and healthcare regulations
• Utilize teletherapy and home health services as appropriate to support student access and progress
