What You’ll Need:

• Active Delaware Paraeducator Permit—must be in hand (pending status not accepted unless screenshot from DEEDS portal is provided)
• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar student support role
• Willingness to serve as a “floater,” traveling between assigned school locations depending on coverage needs
• Ability to adapt to a variety of classroom environments and student needs
• $85 background check/fingerprinting fee (required for all candidates; confirm agreement before applying)
• If you possess a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential, please note supervision cannot be provided, and the role is classified as a paraprofessional only
