Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and inclusive instruction for K-4 students with emotional support needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, school counselors, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Track student progress and adapt strategies to help each child thrive academically and emotionally
• Utilize evidence-based behavioral interventions and positive reinforcement techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with compliance standards and district policies

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
• Valid and current Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience supporting students with emotional and behavioral challenges
• Knowledge of IEP development and data-driven instruction
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
