Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
• Proven success working specifically within school environments
• Demonstrated experience creating and implementing life skills plans
• Strong background in comprehensive, data-driven evaluations
• Comfortable serving a single student with severe needs
• Female BCBA preferred
• Ability to start immediately and commit to 20 hours weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and develop actionable support plans
