Occupational Therapist School Setting in Dubach, LA

This part-time role invites you to make a meaningful impact on student success across two school sites: Arcadia High School and Crawford Elementary. You’ll provide essential OT services and work closely with a multidisciplinary team, helping students develop crucial life skills in a supportive educational setting.

This position spans from ASAP through May 21, 2027, offering a steady schedule of 20-25 hours per week. Flexibility is key, as you’ll deliver services onsite each Tuesday and Wednesday, with additional PreK evaluations on Fridays. If you enjoy collaborating with others, you'll appreciate the opportunity to supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), further enhancing your leadership skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Louisiana (required)
• Experience with school-based therapy and relevant intervention strategies
• Comfort providing therapy across diverse age groups, including PreK and high school students
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
• Willingness to supervise and mentor a COTA
• Familiarity with assessment, IEP documentation, and goal setting in educational settings

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students at Arcadia High School and Crawford Elementary
