Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny in Carver for my twin boys who are 10 months old. I am looking for someone who has ton of experience with babies and preferably twins. We would prefer a nanny who can multitask and bring positive and nurturing energy to my twins and able to find activities to engage and support them. It can be overwhelming caring for twins when they are both in distress and I am looking for someone who is able to soothe them without being overwhelmed. Additionally they should have their own car, don't smoke, CPR certified and has college degree in child development:psychology or similar disciplines.
